With hundreds of performances to happy couples over the last decade, Something Borrowed are Devon and Cornwall’s hottest wedding party band – and we go above and beyond the normal realms of party bands to make sure you get exactly what you want.
TWO HOURS OF LIVE MUSIC
From first song to last, your guests will be singing and dancing to the biggest hits from the 50s to the present day; everything from The Rolling Stones to Chuck Berry; Stevie Wonder to Van Morrison; The Killers to Coldplay. Our sound and light are of an exceptional industry standard too, meaning that the performance will both sound and look as good.
FREE DJ SERVICE

We offer a complementary DJ service when we’re not performing. You can either use our trusted playlist or use your own, making it a great way to get those tunes that mean a lot to you and your guests pumping out the speakers – and saving you A LOT of money in the long run!
AFTERNOON ACOUSTIC SETS
We also offer an afternoon acoustic performance. This includes romantic melodies by the likes of Jason Mraz, Adele and Ed Sheeran, making for a magical musical backdrop for a drinks reception or for when your guests start to arrive. This would need to be booked in advance and is available from 2pm onwards (lasting around an hour). Pricing from £149.
FREE LIVE FIRST DANCE
Have your first dance performed live by Something Borrowed at no extra cost! Having a live band available gives you the opportunity to have something truly unique for your first dance. Even a song heard a thousand times can seem completely fresh when a live band perform it for you.
WEDDINGS ARE WHAT WE DO
The band's arrival time is 6pm and then they are in your hands until 12am. For your standard fee, you’ll get two hours of live music split up however you’d like, with the norm being two one hour sets. Please see our FAQs page for further information.
